- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is brand name or equal - please include all physical, functional and performance capabilities. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 221111. Please provide the number of days for delivery after receipt of award. 0001 - 1 EA Tronair Model # 5221 or equal Must have the following salient characteristics: - Connectors: HH-60H/G External Hydraulic Quick Disconnects - Voltage: 440-480 VOLTS 60 HZ 3 PHASE - Hoses 1x25ft, 1x50ft - Dual System - Return Filter - Hourmeter (60Hz) - Electric Reservoir Fill Indicator - Electric Clogged Filter Indicator 0002 - 1 EA Shipping to JBER, AK 99506 Please include shipping directly to Anchorage AK 99506. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice. Basis for award will be the best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (item specifications) and Price.
