- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to design and construct the 5D Dialysis Unit for the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Little Rock, AR. This project was initiated to remodel the waiting room and Exam/Offices for the new Dialysis unit. The project space consists of areas deducted from a prior renovation contract. The original contract documents are provided, but this contract consists only of the areas in Deductive Alternate 1 and 2 on sheet AE101. This area consists of approximately 4200 square foot of space. This projects plans and specifications consist of those in the Improve 5D Dialysis Functional Deficiencies set. The primary project area consists only of the areas in Deductive Alternate 1 and 2 on sheet AE101. The contractor will be required to perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing in areas outside of that listed on the floorplan (AE101) as necessary for the project area to be functional. Contractor is responsible for investigating site conditions and verifies all government supplied information. This is an abbreviate Statement of Work and does not provide all elements of the requirement. That information will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. A performance completion period of 180 days/ 6 months or sooner from NTP has been allotted for this requirement. The construction dollar magnitude is between $500,000 and $ 1,000,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.sam.gov ; https://ss1.experian.com/BusinessIQ/login.html ; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website.
