Description
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS VETERANS INTEGRATED SERVICE NETWORK (VISN) 16 MICHAEL E. DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (MEDVAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION VA256-17-N-1402 BACKGROUND: MEDVAMC has a requirement for the following brand name supplies: Receiving Dock Entrance Frame and set tubes for preparation of our new door. Primary electrical to be done by others. 1 Rytec Predador PD5500-NXT OR EQUAL Door Size: 9'6" x 11' Opens at up to 50 inches per second for improved traffic flow and energy conservation. Evenly spaced anodized aluminum wind ribs keep the door panel rigid against wind pressure and allows for easy, affordable replacement of individual panels if damaged. Full-width vision panel, two sets of thru-beam photo eyes and a pneumatic (or electric) reversing edge are standard. SOFT Bottom Reversing Safety Edge - WITH rigid bottom beam. Unlike other doors... the Rytec panel with rigid beam holds firm against air pressure and prevents door panel from blowing out of track. Bottom edge holds a tight seal to the floor under pressure. The NXT Quick-Set repair system allows the door to quickly self-repair back into the tracks after impact. State-of-the-art wireless system eliminates the need for a coil cord on the bottom bar. Two-way transmitters and receivers eliminate interference. Using only three buttons, the door is easy to setup, operate and maintain.
