Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office intends to acquire license renewals and upgrades for the following Cellebrite forensic software parts: 119 each for Part UFED Touch Ultimate, 3 each for Part UFED 4PC Ultimate. The supplies for this requirement comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d). This requirement is in support of the Navy Criminal Investigative Services, Quantico, VA. This procurement is a brand name acquisition with Cellebrite USA Corp. Parsippany, NJ or its authorized resellers. Authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition is brand name FAR 13.5 Test Program as required in FAR 501.2. Commercial type clauses in FAR Part 12 will be included in the RFQ, and a shorter solicitation period will be implemented per FAR 5.203. System for Award Management is required for all vendors doing business with DOD and can be obtained at www.SAM.gov. Any interest or concerns must be directed in writing to FISC Philadelphia Division Contracting Department no later than 31 August 2017 Attn: Luis Aymerich, via e-mail to luis.aymerich@navy.mil. A firm fixed price order will be awarded. Attached is RFQ N0018917QZ495 with corresponding J and A. Responses must be sent via e-mail Ref. N0018917QZ495 Cellebrite License renewals. Price quotes must be sent directly to the contract specialist. Do not post price quotes in FBO.
