- Sub Contracting Plan Installation Data Sheet Past Performance PJM Small Synopsis / Solicitation This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SPE600-17-R-0408 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation has incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 dated 01/19/2017. This acquisition is unrestricted; the associated NAICS Code is 221112. The small business standard size is 750 Employees. NSN: 9410-01-456-2020 The item to be acquired is electricity and ancillary services for ultimate delivery to the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) located in Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Washington D.C. (PJM RTO). The following table outlines location, accounts per location, and kWh estimated for 12 months per installation.
