Description

Package THIS IS A SYNOPSIS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR PART 12.6 and FAR PART 13, SIMIPLIFIED ACQUISITIONS PROCEDURES. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SIEMENS MEDICAL SOLUTIONS USA INC The announcement number for this acquisition is NIH-OLAO-OD-NOI171375 and is being issued under the authority of the FAR subpart 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is September 1, 2017. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 dated April 18, 2012. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is not a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333318, which has a size dollar standard of 1000. Please see SOW Attached
