Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 to CHARTMEDS SYSTEM, location: 25210 E. CRAWHERD ROAD, LEE SUMMIT, MO. The proposed contract action is for additional office cubicles within an existing office design. Only CHARTMEDS SYSTEM will seamlessly fit into the current PROTOCOL. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. CHARTMEDS was found to be the sole provider of these existing realtime auditing of prisoner medications. No other company is known to provide this specific type of electronic medication administration. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. The NAICS code is 511210 and the applicable business size is $38.5 million. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via e-mail. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, county, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number. Responses are due by Monday, August 29, 11:30 AM, Pacific Standard Time, via email. If no responses are received, FLCSD will proceed with the sole source award.
