- REQUEST FOR QUOTE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N00178-17-Q-0095 Su bmitted by: Sharon Kharab NAI CS Code: 511210 FSC Code: 7030 Anticipated Date to be published in FBO: 21 August 2017 Anticipated Closing Date: 24 August 2017 Contracts POC Name: Sharon Kharab Telephone#: 540-653-5569 Email Address: sharon.kharab@navy.mil Code and Description: 70 – AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING, SOFTWARE, SUPPLIES AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-Q-0095 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to COMSOL Inc, COMSOL Software Licenses. COMSOL Inc. is located in Burlington, Massachusetts. See CLINS 0001-0014 on the attached SF18 for additional information. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 24 August 2017, no later than 1:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 1 September 2017.
