- Description
- The United States Probation Office for the District of Nevada intends to procure Transitional Housing services for Federal defendants and offenders usint Competitive Purchase Order in the unincorporated and incorporated areas of Las Vegas. Interested vendors must respond on time and clearly demonstrate (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such facility (ies) is to provide adequate access for offenders with physical disabilities, (3) licensed and in compliance with all aplicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and (4) prices of such service shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. Interested providers must contact Contacting Officer Dan Owens at (702) 527-7267 for a Request for Proposal packet. All completed proposals must be received no later than close of business on September 15, 2017.
