Description

The purpose of this amendment is to the following questions for potential vendor. 1. Is this a new requirement? Yes 2. If not, who is the incumbent contractor? West Sanitation Services Inc. 3. What was the total price of the prior contract? $43,723.90 4. Are the freshener units already installed or do you new units in all 180 restrooms? The current units belong to the previous contractor, these will be removed. New ones will need to be installed. Contractor will be responsible for cleaning up any and all residual mess created by the work. 5. Is there a make/model dispenser you all would like installed? No, but the size of the current ones are approx. 12" height by 4" width, and protrude approx. 3" away from the wall. 6. What time frame is required to get all of the dispensers installed? Can they be phased in? One week. Yes, there will be a phase in, however the work must be started and continued until finished with as little disruption to customers as possible. 7. At the conclusion of the contract are we required to remove the units and repair any damage to the walls? Yes.
