- Combined synopsis/solicitation W91NEJ7207G900 for two each Spring Operated Hose Reel with Flange Fan 8" wide hose, 33' long rated for 570 degrees Fahrenheit. We are requesting quotations for this item. The Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333318, Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery. This award should be able to be filled by a single vendor. All vendors interested in submitting a quote please send it to, Contract Specialist D. Ray Workman at email dallas.r.workman.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00pm (Mountain) MST on 24 August, 2017. Quotes should include delivery to the Utah National Guard Armory, Mt. Pleasant Ut. address 525 West 1000 South Mt. Pleasant Utah 84647. Evaluations Factors: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm fixed price and award shall be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An LPTA quote is one that is the lowest price while meeting the technical requirements of the Government. If a quote does not meet technical acceptability the vendor may be considered non-responsive, and although they may have the lowest quote if they did not meet the technical aspects of the requirement their quote may be dismissed. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including current registration with System for Award Management (SAM) and with WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE CODE, DUNS Number, and Federal Tax I.D. Number (TIN), along with their quote, and must include point of contact (POC) information for whom we can contact about the quote if we need to. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office, Purchasing and Contracting Office no later than 12:00 pm (Mountain Std. Time) 24 August, 2017. All submissions should be sent via email to: dallas.r.workman.civ@mail.mil. Facsimiles are not acceptable. Question regarding this requirement may also be directed to this email, with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non responsive and will not be considered. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1 (k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and be in good standing.
