- No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHA, RICKEY COOK, Contract Specialist, via email Rickey.Cook@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX7T7032AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 4 each up to a maximum of 25 each of a BAFFLE ASSEMBLY, HEAT EXCHANGER, NSN: 2840-00-980-0301, Part Number: 2-060-390-04, applicable to the BK CH-47 (CHINOOK) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 258 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and without FAT is 172 DACA with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, four (4) each; 2nd Year, five (5) each; 3rd Year, five (5) each; 4TH Year five (5) each; 5th Year, six (6) each. This item is restricted to: 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition is restricted to the item description set forth in this synopsis which specifies a Government or manufacturer's part number. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) included with this solicitation. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to obtain all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the item being solicited to include obtaining and maintaining any necessary licensing agreements with the data owner while the contract is in effect-AVIATION ONLY. All references to specifications and drawings must include all and only Government approved changes or revisions which have been made effective as of the date of this solicitation. If any effective change or revision affects the interchangeability of the item (ability to be interchanged with previous parts or to connect with all Mating parts when assembled), the Contractor shall request prior verification and approval of the change or revision from the Procuring Contracting Officer prior to implementing the change.
