Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M6740017Q0009 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 8 Aug 2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DPN 20120724. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 561720. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN ItemQty 0001Rental of Portable Toilets650 0002Cleaning of Portable Toilets1400 With 4 option years. The Government may make single award to a responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.asianeco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M6740017Q0009. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 18 Aug 2017 at 10:00 JST ( Japanese Standard Time).
