- I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract number? Answer: The incumbent contractor is American Systems Registrar, LLC (CAGE code 1YB17) awarded on contract W52P1J-14-D-5000. Provide a copy of the current ISO 9001:2008 certificate for the certified organization. (Note: please do not respond that this will be provided post-award to the successful offeror. All certification bodies are required to verify that the existing certificate has not been suspended or revoked and is free from suspension or revocation. The Certificate is not a classified document and is not subject to FOIA requests.) Certificate is available. Forward request to larry.w.owens4.civ@mail.mil State when the organization was first certified to ISO 9001 (i.e. year) Answer, 2007. Has the current Certification Body issued any MAJOR nonconformances for either standard to the organization in the previous 3 years? Answer, No State whether the organization has copies of the previous 3 years of audit reports as issued by the current Certification Body (YES OR NO). Answer: Yes State whether the site has copies of the previous 3 years of corrective actions as issued by the current CB and as accepted by the current CB in their possession (YES OR NO). Answer: No, no corrective actions were issued. Provide the contract/solicitation number for the contract that covered the previous 3 years of certification. Answer: W52P1J-14-D-5000/W52P1J-14-T-DB08 When an organization is already certified to ISO 9001:2008, a Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit do not occur again. The correct service is a "Recertification Audit to ISO 9001:2008". The references in the SOW and the Price Sheet should be modified. Answer: Funding constraints and requirements necessitate initiating the start of the audit prior to 30 SEP 2017.
