Description
GSA Public Buildings Service FBO Template for out-of-scope expansions mandatory for expansions that are determined to be outside the scope of the lease where the total requirement (original and expansion) Exceeds 10,000 aboa sf do not post fbo ADVERTISEMENT for expansions DETERMINED to be within the scope of the lease. U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pueblo City: Colorado Delineated Area: Northern Boundary- Hwy 50/47 Southern Boundary- City Limits Eastern Boundary- Hwy 227/47 North Western Boundary- North Pueblo Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,300 (Total office and warehouse, see breakout below) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,555 (Total office and warehouse, see breakout below) Space Type: Office, warehouse, and wareyard. The warehouse space shall consist of 1,100 sq. ft., and the wareyard space shall consist of 4,000 sq. ft. Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be based on the results of the RESPONSES to this ADVERTISEMENT and additional market research (e.g., costar database searches, gsa listing files, etc.). Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare.
