- Federal Debt SF-18 Solicitation N00421-17-T-0161 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source Basis with L-3 Narda- Miteq, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The requested items must be compatible in form, fit, and function with existing equipment. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. PLEASE COMPLETE SECTION K Items must be brand new. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-17-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. Please include any fees for IUID labels for items valued over 5K. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 11:00am est., on 10 August 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
