- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Maine City:Portland Delineated Area:North: Congress Street East: Franklin Street South: Commercial Street West: Center Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,965 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,163 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):5 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):5 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:10 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:- Offered space must be contiguous space and located on one floor. - Offered space cannot be located on the first, or ground floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)CAD drawing of space offered (if available). 3)ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet. 4)Rentable Square Feet Offered. 5)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet. 6)Number and location of parking spaces available on the premises. 7)Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
