- Description
- The United States Army is conducting market research to identify currently available technological solutions and approaches in support of the Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI). ADSI is the tactical data link processor component of the Air and Missile Defense Planning and Control System (AMDPCS) and the Air Defense Airspace Management (ADAM) Cell provided situational awareness for Air Defense assets. This notice is published in accordance with FAR Parts 10.002 and 15.201 and is a Request for Information (RFI) only in support of market research. All information received will be used for planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute Invitation for bids, Request for Proposals, or Request for Quotes. The Government will not award a contract based upon this notice and will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with responses to it. The US Army seeks to maintain the current ADSI capability and provide enhancements to meet emerging requirements. Instructions for Market Research Survey Response: The ADSI market research will be conducted via white paper submissions. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with response to this notice. Respondents may submit questions, and submit responses electronically, to the contracting office by email to Stephanie.b.hillyard.civ@mail.mil, no phone calls will be accepted. Responses should discuss types, extent, depth and breadth of analysis and data to substantiate performance and containment claims. Responses should also describe the firms capability and experience with ADSI systems. The white paper will contain no more than 20 total pages including tables, charts, and figures. The white paper will include a technical POC, phone number and email. The white paper must be submitted by 16 August 2017.
