- Resurfacing, Seal Coating, Asphalting and Striping of Project Roadways, Campsites, Dump Station, and Parking Lots The estimated construction cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Award will be based on the lowest total quote. NAICS Code 237310, size determination $36.5 million. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Central Contract Registration and ORCA are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.sam.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM. PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users. In lieu of Performance and Payment Bonds, per FAR 52.228-13 Alternate Payment Protections (July 2000), Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. A Performance Bond is not required.
