- Solicitation FA6606-17-R-0009 is now available. The documents have been uploaded on this site. A site visit has been scheduled for 10 August 2017 at 10:00 AM EST. Attendees are requested to notify this office 24 hours in advance. Attendees must meet at the Visitor Center, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022-1507 AT LEAST 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Any questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email to the Contract Specialist Ewa Gosselin (ewa.gosselin@us.af.mil). All questions are due by 16 August 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. All answers will be provided in writing via posting to the FBO notice. All proposal packages are due by 30 August 2017 at 2:00 PM EST (refer to section L of this solicitation for detailed instructions).
