- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE- THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURSE AWARD TO HUMAN DOMAIN SOLUTIONS LLC. This post to serve as notice of USPFO-AL intent to award requirement for CERFP training support service on a non-competitive basis to fulfil annual requirements for HUBZone SB concern utilization under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(a)(2). Based on results of ongoing market research, along with results from previous FBO sources sought postings for this requirement, determination has been made to award to a HUBZone small business concern. Please reference specific policy guidance at FAR 19.1305(a)(1) and FAR 19.203(d) for additional information.
