- Sources Sought attached. 502d Contracting Squadron Request for Information for Sources Sought Pest Control Services RFI No. 0011009956 JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234 --------- This is a Request for Information or an informal notice for Sources Sought for potential contractors to perform the services outlined herein and capable of providing a firm-fixed price. The services will be performed at various designated medical facilities located on three (3) separate military installations or annexes comprising of Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, which includes medical facilities located at JBSA-FSH, the San Antonio Military Medical Center and the Taylor Burk Health Clinic, Camp Bullis. ----------- The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561710-Exterminating and Pest Control Services with a small business standard size in the value of $11 million. ----------- Responses must be received by: 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Wednesday, August 9, 2017
