- Q&A for Bldg. 920 UPDATE #2: Response to questions has been posted. Again, quotes are due by Friday, 4 August, NLT 1600 (Japan Standard Time)! UPDATE: Correction--the mandatory site visit will be held this Thursday, 27 July--not 27 August. All quotes are due by 1600, Japan Standard Time (JST) on 4 August 2017. Please review the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the corresponding attachments carefully. A mandatory site visit is being held on Thursday, 27 JULY 2017 from 1000 to 1200.
