Description

Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS FIRE DAMPERS TESTING, CLEANING AND REPAIR SERVICES. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for VAMC Memphis, located at 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. Engineering Service has a requirement for a contractor to provide Fire Dampers testing, cleaning and repair services. This procurement will be a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The size standard is $15 million. The contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about July 31, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) and VetBiz (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
