- Description
- The purpose of this project is to perform biannual roof drain maintenance, as well as roof and roof drain repairs at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Boulder campus located at 325 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado, as well as the NIST WWV/WWVB Radio Stations located at County Road 2000, Fort Collins, Colorado. (Reference associated Performance Work Statement for full description of work.) This procurement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) small business, see FAR Clause 52.219-12 herein. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition 238160 with a small business size standard of $15.0M In accordance with FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the amount for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. All offerors must complete and return the standard form 1442: OFFER Section blocks 14-20c, and SCHEDULE B. Unit Price and Amount. Offerors must comply with the FAR requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements. Funds are presently available for this acquisition. A site visit will be conducted on August 1, 2017, at 01:00 pm MT. See FAR 52.236-27, SECTION L (pp.79 of 83) for site visit details. Site Visit is not mandatory. And the Government is not responsible for any expenses occurred on behalf of the Contractor in response to the site visit. Request for Information (RFI) will be due shortly afterwards, with a submittal deadline of August 11, 2017, 10:00 a.m. MST. The contracting office will not accept hand carried proposals.
