THIS IS A PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE The Tennessee Valley Health Care System requires eight (8) fully furnished units to house transplant patients and their caregivers. The units offered shall be within a 2-mile radius of the VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Ave. S, Nashville, TN 37212. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT August 3, 2017. DO NOT CALL PRIOR TO READING THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Units offered shall be two bedroom furnished living space that complies with all city, county and state building codes and ordinances applicable to the ownership and operation of the building in which the space is situated. All units must conform to the latest applicable version of NDPA 101, Chapters 19 and 31. The units must be located in no more than 2 separate buildings. Each unit must have a minimum of 650 square feet of net usable living space. A full Statement of Work, evaluation factors, and proposal submission instructions will be posted in the solicitation.
