This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562910 - Asbestos Removal Abatement Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking sources to provide Asbestos Removal Abatement Services for the Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). The service is for 12 rooms that vary in size and location. The following is the list of building numbers, room number or name, and square footage: Building # 225, Room Name: Wadsworth, Sq. Ft: 1,250 Building # 258, Room # 344, Sq. Ft: 1,800 Building # 297, Room # 3, Sq. Ft: 200 Building # 215, Room # 107, Sq. Ft: 320 Building # 115, Room # 128E, Sq. Ft: 50 Building # 115, Room # 203B, Sq. Ft: 120 Building # 113, Room # 117/118, Sq. Ft: 300 Building # 500, Room Name: 1271, 1272, 1266, 1267, and 1268 (1st Floor Clinical Lab), Sq. Ft: 1,650 All interested offerors who can provide this service shall provide a written response to this notice and include the following: Company name, Address, Point of contact, Phone, fax, and email, DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID Number, Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business [NOTE: If you are a SDVOSB or VOSB, you must submit your certification from the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/)], Provide a copy of your company s current Representations and Certifications from www.sam.gov, Provide evidence that your firm has provided Asbestos Removal Abatement Services. Firms shall provide the information on current and/or previous contracts in which you have provided this service. All responses must be received no later than August 02, 2017, 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
