Description

North Slope Landscape and Repair Construction Services for Project #662-17-015 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bid for a General Construction Contractor for the project North Slope Landscape and Repair at the VA San Francisco Health Care System located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California. Work shall include complete services in order to correct slope stability and erosion issues at both east and west areas of north slope retaining walls due to existing slide plane and compounding by seasonal rains. This Invitation for Bids will be a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about August 10, 2017. The solicitation will contain bid instructions. A Pre-Bid Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the San Francisco facility. Exact location, date, and time will be noted in the solicitation. This conference is highly recommended. Estimated project cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Questions regarding the solicitation must be sent in writing to denise.groves@va.gov.
