- 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) DRAWINGS Solicitation / DA FORM 1442 The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work contained herein as listed in the schedule and in accordance with the drawings, statement of work, specifications and terms and conditions contained herein. (1) The contractor shall provide shop drawings after award of the contract. (2) Contract performance period will be 210 days from the notice to proceed. (3) All work shall be completed by OMAF specification 2014 revision 1 (2015) and attached drawings. (4) The contractor shall request, in writing, the release of these facilities no less than 30 days prior to the start of work scheduled for the buildings. b. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: This project includes, but shall not be limited to the following principal features: 0001. CIVIL WORK A. Asphalt Pavement A.1. EARTH/PLACING ASPHALT CONCRTE WORK 1. Construct approximately 4,800 square meters of asphalt pavement parking lot including subgrade preparation, minimum 127 millimeters thickness of base course, minimum 400 millimeters thickness of sub-base course, prime coating and tack coating work, asphalt pavement finishing, and compacting work as shown on the drawings. 2. Dispose and haul waste material off the base. B. PAVEMENT MARKING 1. Apply approximately 121 square meters of pavement marking for parking lot area as shown on the drawings. C. CAR WHEEL STOP 1. Install seventy (70) of vehicle wheel stops including form work, re-bars work, concrete work with finishing, and curing & protection work as shown on the drawings. D. SOLID SODDING 1. Apply the solid sodding on disturbed un-paved area around new pavement parking lot area as shown on the drawings. E. GROUNDING WORK 1. Install the eight (8) of new grounding post as shown on the drawings. Coordinate with 35th ADA for the grounding location before installing. F. PLASTIC BOLLARDS 1. Install the ninety (90) of plastic bollards as shown on the drawings. SITE VISIT An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- 1000 Hrs, 17 AUG 2017 Participants will meet at-- Suwon Air Base Walk-In Gate 수 원 공 항 Jangji-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: Name: CPT Voglezon, Royston S. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card when attending the site visit orientation. Offeror shall submit the following information to CPT VOGLEZON, ROYSTON S. royston.s.voglezon.mil@mail.mil by 14:00 hours, 10 AUG 2017 for temporary access. Offerors who do not RSVP by 10 AUG 2017 will not gain access to Suwon Air Base. Attendees are encouraged to be early, late arrivals will not gain access to Suwon Air Base. Offerors shall complete the attached Entry Authority List no later than 14:00 hors, 10 AUG 2017. Those who do not submit Entry Authority List will not gain access to Suwon Air Base.
