- NSN 1005-01-591-9733 - Feeder Enhancement Kit being bought in accordance with Garwood Industries (3V8T5) P/N WAS0252. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. The required quantity is 238 each, no option, to be shipped to ( W25G1U ) New Cumberland, PA 17070, to be shipped FMS UAE Armed Forces. FOB Origin and Inspection Destination is required. First Destination applies to this procurement. This is a Sole Sourced Woman-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation will not be available on the Internet. Solicitation will be synopsized to FedBizOps and issued to Garwood Industries on the date of July 20, 2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and delivery. The required delivery is 180 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
