The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. This Sources Sought supports Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB, TN, market research efforts for engineering, programmatic and technical Advisory and Assistance Services. Advisory and Assistance Services will support requirements to 1) provide specialized expertise in Test and Evaluation (T&E) of High Speed and Hypersonic (HS/H) weapon systems; 2) support development of new T&E technologies; 3) support establishment of new T&E facilities and capabilities; and 4) support T&E of HS/H systems. Oversight of these activities will be performed by Government personnel in Test Operation's Hypersonic Test Branch (AEDC/TSTH). The HSST and HyTIP programs require unique and specialized expertise in the test and evaluation, technology development, and facility design for hypersonic weapon systems fields.
