Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (1) This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (3) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. This requirement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. (4) Details on line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are contained in the Pricing Schedule Attachment. (5) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Administrative Support Service (6) The period of performance (POP) is for a base period of six (6) months with four (4)-twelve (12) month options periods and one (1)-six (6) month option period. (7) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial & 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, apply. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Further details on applicable details are contained in the Attachments. (8) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items & 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
