- PWS FBO SYNOPSIS \ 8(a) SET-ASIDE NOTICE OF SYNOPSIS This pre-solicitation notice is to inform the public that in accordance with FAR Part 5.205(2)(f) - Section 8(a) a competitive acquisition is planned to be released between the end of July, 2017 - beginning of August, 2017. This is an IDIQ type contract. (1) This synopsis is to advise that the acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. (2) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The Business Size Standard is $15 Million Dollars per annum. (3) The Product Service Code is R710 - Financial Services. (4) This synopsis also advises that eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages. (5) This synopsis encourages all interested 8(a) firms to request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the Section 8(a) program. (6) The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided to describe the requirements to perform Loan Underwriting Services.
