- Description
- Draft toolkit of evidence-based practices that can be adapted and adopted by employers to promote a mentally healthy workplace. Create a draft toolkit of evidence-based practices that can be adapted and adopted by employers to promote a mentally healthy workplace. The toolkit would include metrics for assessing progress the evidence base required to support broader adoption. In May 2017, SAMHSA convened an expert panel to review the literature and explore practices used to promote mental health in the workplace. The contractor will build on that work to continue the development of evidence-based best practices that could be shared and broadly adopted by American employers. see Attachment for Statement of Work.
