Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of Greenville, North Carolina Health Care Center through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses to provide high definition intraoral sensors that meet the below requirements:  Size Size 2 Sensor size 44.1 x 30.4 mm (1.76 x 1.2 in.) Active area 36 x 26.1 mm (1.42 x 1.03 in.) Number of pixels, normal 1200 x 870 px Number of pixels, high 2400 x 1740 px Pixel size, normal 30 m x 30 m Pixel size, high 15 µm x 15 µm Theoretical resolution 33 lp/mm Resolution, normal 17 lp/mm Resolution, high >20 lp/mm Interface USB or Ethernet View delay <5 sec. All sensors must be compatible with Planmeca dental imaging machines. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor for their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
