- PNT RFI July 24 2017 The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground Division E, in support of Direct Reporting Program Manager, Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) is requesting information related to the production and sustainment of an enhanced Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) data distribution device, with an Anti-Jam Antenna System and Fixed Reception Pattern Antenna (FRPA). This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Announcement (SSA) will be used to determine both industry interest and capability to provide a solution to enhance the Army's current PNT capability.
