Description

VA69D-17-P-4966 Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference FAR 6.302-1. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring an automated Semen Analyzer System from Medical Electronic Systems for the James Lovell Federal Health Care Center located at 3001 Green Bay Road in North Chicago, IL 60045. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Medical Electronic Systems 5757 W. Century Blvd Ste 805 Los Angeles, CA 90045 as a responsible source to provide the above-mentioned equipment. The applicable NAICS Code is 339113 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers and there is no solicitation available. However, all responses received within three days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
