Questionnaire INDUSTRY DAY - Mud Mountain Dam Fish Passage Facility (MMD FPF) LOCATION: USACE - Seattle District 4735 East Marginal Way Seattle, WA 98134 DATE: August 17, 2017 TIME: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Seattle District is hosting an Industry Day on August 17, 2017 to provide more information on an upcoming requirement for a large civil works project valued at $100M to $250M to construct a new barrier structure, fish passage facility, associated site work and appurtenances. During Industry Day, Corps officials will provide an updated overview of the Mud Mountain Dam Fish Passage Facility (MMD FPF) project requirements. Please advise Contract Specialist, Monique Paano (monique.a.paano@usace.army.mil) or Contracting Officer, Bruce Okumura (bruce.d.okumura@usace.army.mil) of your plan to attend the Industry Day no later than 12 p.m., PST August 15, 2017. Additionally, please respond to the questions provided in the attached document titled: "MMD FPF_RSVP Questionnaire" and submit the answers to the contract specialist listed above to register for this event. Registration is open until 12 p.m. PST on August 15, 2017. Attending the Industry Day is not mandatory and is open to the entire vendor community. Interested vendors who cannot attend Industry Day are instructed to provide answers to the attached questions to the government point of contact via e-mail by 12 p.m. PST, August 15, 2017. Industry Day will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the Seattle District offices, 4735 East Marginal Way, Seattle WA, 98134 in the Salish Sea Conference Room in Bldg. 1202. ONLY FOUR (4) PERSONNEL PER COMPANY MAY ATTEND THE INDUSTRY DAY. You must bring an official government picture identification to present to security to gain entry into the building. In-processing for all vendors begins at the Federal Center South Complex main entrance, Bldg. 1201, located on East Marginal Way. Please arrive a little early to allow enough time to process through security. Parking is available in the public parking lot East of East Marginal Way.
