Description

Purchase Order Clauses Brand Name Justification Continuation to SF-18 SF-18 Form The solicitation is for the purchase of uniforms for U.S. Embassy Baku Local Guard Force. The list of uniforms, brand name justification and applicable purchase order/contract clauses are attached. The items must be of the brand and models mentioned in Continuation to SF-18.xlsx file. All the items shall be brand new. Please provide a quote for the merchandise and shipping to the U.S. Despatch Agency at: Ikun, LLC - Baku 2801 Route 130 Unit 1 North Brunswick, NJ 08902 All the items must be consolidated and dispatched in one shipment; The vendor must be able to change the incorrect item(s) promptly. If the item(s) is incorrect due to the Embassy's fault (wrong size) the shipping charges will be covered by the U.S. Embassy Baku. The quotation must state the items in the same sequence as they are listed in the RFQ. The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter. The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price.
