- QASP Addendum to 52.212-2 Addendum to 52.212-1 Delivery Schedule PWS SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number SP7000-17-Q-0022. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-91 effective 30 September 2016, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20161223 edition, and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5, and PROCLTR 2017-13. This solicitation will provide full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420, and the small business size standard is $32,500,000.00. Requirements: DLA Document Services Norfolk Office Group seeks to enter into a contract for up to 60 months lease of 2 Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and copier machines (hereafter collectively referred to as devices) including installation and removal, full service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security. Delivery is required within 30 days after award date to the locations on the attached delivery schedule. The solicitation is for an up to 60-month lease for 2 multifunctional devices for users located in Port of Salalah, Oman. The estimated period of performance (POP) is listed below. Please note, devices offered in support of this requirement may require testing per the PWS unless the models of devices have already received the required testing and approval. This may affect the estimated POP. Period of Performance: Base: 09/01/2017 - 09/30/2017 Option 1: 10/01/2017 - 09/30/2018 Option 2: 10/01/2018 - 09/30/2019 Option 3: 10/01/2019 - 09/30/2020 Option 4: 10/01/2020 - 07/31/2021 Option 5: 10/01/2021 - 8/31/2022 Points of Contact: Please submit correspondence in conjunction with this solicitation to the following points of contact.
