- This market survey is to identify potential sources of supply for CAMOUFLAGE NET SYSTEM, NSN 1080-01-573-6419. The HMMWV Full Concealment Cover Kit provides protection by using camouflage netting. The Government has a technical drawing package for this item. The previous source of supply data is as follows: PN: 13021096, CAGE: 19200 PN: 13021096-1, CAGE: 19200 PN: 13021096-1, CAGE: 0V8C5 Interested potential sources of supply for CAMOUFLAGE NET SYSTEM, NSN 1080-01-573-6419, must submit the following information, NLT 8 Aug 2017, to Neeta Jonchhe, RDER-PRA-CA, neeta.l.jonchhe.civ@mail.mil: (1) Refer to market survey number in your response. (2) Describe the type(s) of items you currently supply and/or manufacture. (3) What are your current fabrication and/or manufacturing capacities? The contractor must provide information to show that he possesses, or shall possess, adequate fabrication/production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable him, or his subcontractors, to supply this item. (4) Current and/or Past Performance for this or similar items. Provide some evidence of past/current contracts with the DoD. The contractor shall submit their part number, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. (5) The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. (6) State the warranty of each component of the tool kit(s) that will be supplied. (7) State whether the company you represent is foreign or American owned. (8) Identification of the contractor as a Large or a Small Business. If a Small Business, please identify as an 8(a), HUB Zone, Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, or non-disadvantaged. (9) Do you plan to participate as a prime or team\sub? This market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as commitment by the Government.
