Description

This is a sources sought, for research of current market conditions and information only. This is not a request for quotes. Service and Maintenance Contract for Government owned GE AMX portable Xrays with Canon digital Detector under NAICS 811219. VA Philadelphia imaging department utilizes GE AMX portable Xrays with Canon digital detectors along with all associated hardware needed for the proper functioning of the system to take x-ray images of patients around the hospital. Covered under this contract is (6) GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors. This equipment requires repair and maintenance by trained personnel using manufacturer approved parts and specifications. Initial Period of Performance 8/21/2017 thru 8/20/2018. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide a service contract for government owned GE AMX portables with Canon digital addition, required by the requirements stated herein. The service contract will include the following: AMX 4 Portable Service Agreement including: Coverage Hours M-F 8a-5p All parts and labor (2) PMs per year All batteries included Canon Digital Detector Protection Plan replacement fee on (1) detector deemed unrepairable per year with a maximum of (3) replacement per year. Repair will be attempted before replacement With Protection plan to include replacement detector(s) repair will be attempted before replacement VAMC Philadelphia imaging department utilizes GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors along with all associated hardware needed for the proper functioning of the system to take x-ray images of patients around the hospital. Covered under this contract is (6) GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors. This equipment requires repair and maintenance by trained personnel using manufacturer approved parts and specifications. Repair services will be provided, at the request of the Department of Veterans Affairs, to diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions on a routine basis. Repair service will be provided from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on VAMC working days. All repairs shall be performed by a manufacturer trained technician. Parts: All replacement parts furnished will be new or factory rebuilt and equal to or exceeding the manufacturers authorized parts specifications. Priority parts delivery is included. PM and Performance Test: Preventive Maintenance shall be conducted annually, If your company can satisfy this requirement Andrew Taylor by email and provide no more than a one page capability statement, with system for award management registration number (Duns & Bradstreet) company size, address, phone, and website to Andrew.Taylor3@va.gov by 7/24/2017 at noon any interest expressed after that time will be accepted but it may not constitute in establishing a small business set-aside.
