Description
Scope of Work for Portable Toilets Furnish all labor, materials, supplies and transportaton required to deliver Portable Toilets to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas at designated areas throughout the installation as identified in Exhibit 1. All services shall be conducted within the standard outline in 29 CFR 1910, Occupational Health and Safety. This contract shall include all functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally performed by a Portable Sanitation Service provider to include furnishing portable units, cleaning and maintenance of units. The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regualations, including but not limited to Federal Law, Arkansas State Laws, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, army and installation regulations. Note: All toilet units shall be new or like new at the beginning of contract with roofs, sides, and floors free of leaks, cracks and holes to be delivered and set-up onsite within one (1) week after date of contract. Toilets shall be made from plastic, fiberglass or metal. Use of wooden toilets is not acceptable. Each unit shall be well ventilated to vent all fumes from remaining in unit. Each unit shall have a pricing loaded closing mechanism on the door to close it when released. The door shall have sufficient tension placed on it to prevent wind from flowing it open when the unit is unoccupied. Each door shall have a workable inside lock. Each unit shall be able to withstand wind velocity up to 40 Miles per hour (MPH). Contractor shall be licensed by the Arkansas State Health Department to perform portable toilet and sump pump services. Contractor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining permits, licenses, etc. Contractor shall keep a log sheet on inside of toilets reflecting dates of service. Contractor is responsible for anti-freeze solution during freezing weather seasons. Contractor shall dispose of all collected waste in a sanitary sewer system or other location in accordance with state or local codes. Additional guidelines to the Scope of work will be posted. Please reference Solicitation No: W911RP-17-T-0003 when submitting documentation or asking questions. All responsible Small Business Sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Synopsis/Solicitation will close on 2 August 2017, and no further quotes will be accepted.
