Description

This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The Hampton Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr. Hampton, VA 23667, is seeking potential sources capable to provide Bottled Water Services. The future contractor shall provide approximately 12 water coolers (with cone cup dispenser capabilities). In addition to the coolers, approximately 160 five (5) gallon bottled water containers will need to be replenished (with spring water) at various locations on campus every two weeks (2) at Hampton VAMC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 312112 Spring waters, purifying and bottling Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1. Company name and DUN # 2. POC information 3. Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4. Is this item available on FSS Schedule? If so, provide contract #.
