- This is a market survey for the purchase of LSTAR software, installation instructions, an operator's manual, and one year maintenance agreement. The software license provides the right to operate the software on the AN/TPQ49 or AN/TPQ50 radar system. LCSS part number: 100014961. The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the request for quote. Therefore, any cost associated with the request for quote submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. At this time the nature of this procurement is to Single Source to SRC., Inc. North Syracuse, NY 13212. SRC Inc. is the sole designer and manufacturer of the AN/TPQ49 radar hardware and the associated LCMR (lightweight counter mortar radar) and LSTAR (lightweight surveillance and track acquisition radar) software. SRC is the owner of all associated proprietary data related to this procurement. Any vendor must be able to proved SRC., Inc has given access to proprietary data. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
