Description

eD3 Section L and M Amendment 2 eD3 Section B Amendment 2 AMENDMENT 2 Amendment 2 to Solicitation # SECHQ1-17-eD3 incorporates the following changes: 1) Offerors are no longer required to submit pricing for their proposed cloud based solution. a. Offerors are still required to address Section C.12 requirements in their proposal. 2) The cloud pricing CLINS in the Base Period and Option Period 1 have been removed from Section B. 3) Section L.4.2 clarifies that electronic proposals shall be submitted. 4) The proposal due-date is extended until 5:00pm ET on Wednesday July 19, 2017. See attached, amended, solicitation documents.
