Description

Solicitation Number: N68171-17-Q-6008 Service Code: M1FC NAICS: 721310 This is a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of help desk services in support of Unaccompanied Housing at Naval Station Rota in Rota, Cadiz Spain. It is anticipated that this will be a firm-fixed price contract for commercial services. The requirement includes check-in/check-out services, maintaining a record of all rooms, facilitating inspections of rooms by military personnel and providing general customer service to military personnel utilizing unaccompanied housing. Work also includes taking trouble calls and filling out trouble tickets for transmission to NAVFAC to facilitate repairs. The detailed requirement is contained in the draft Performance Work Statement attached to this solicitation. The Government intends to issue Solicitation N68171-17-Q-6008 not later than 24 July 2017. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202(a)(12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. Solicitation N68171-17-Q-6008 is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Spain as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3).
