- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract This is a notification that the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements quote mark to Bold Technologies. The associated North American Industrial Classification System(NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519, with a small business size standard of $27.5M. The requirement is for Annual Software Support / Maintenance agreement for the Leavenworth Commercial Alarm Monitoring System (LCAMS) Manitou Central Station Software. The required support shall provide the following: Annual Software Support and Maintenance for the Manitou Central Station Software that includes the following: (1) Project Management: (assigned project manager that is a single point of contact for all questions, concerns and plans for the software application) (2) Phone Support (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm - for emergency situations, assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) (3) Bold Support: (online access to the technical support site/ knowledgebase, latest updates/ product information/user guides) The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract and will commence upon award. The Government is requesting 2 Option years to be added to the base contract. This notice is not a request for quotations. The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Reponses to this notification will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical information. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
