Description: Plot Combine The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is an Agency within the Natural Resources and Environmental Area (NRE) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The Kingsville Plant Materials Center (PMC) in Kingsville, TX has 91 acres of land used for studies into plant materials for conservation. The PMC is in need of a compact and maneuverable plot combine for managing and harvesting small amounts of native grass seeds or other research plots. The plot combine should provide good seed purity, less seed damage, higher germination rates, and lower maintenance.
