The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intents to Sole Source the below products as they are the only manufacturer that makes these products. Medtronic USA, Inc. 710 Medtronic Pkwy Minneapolis, MN, 55432-5603 Spinal Cord Stimulator Products: 977A26 -Lead Kit 97714 - Restore Sensor MRICS 97792 - Injex Bi-Wing Anchor 355531- Accessory Kit 97740 - Patient Programmer 97754 - Charging System These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon's opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient's condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. These are specific products that are requested by the surgeons. These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.
